This is the basic stance when you are ready to hit, pass or recieve the ball. Your feet should be at shoulder width, perpendicular to the ball. Your hands should be in the basic hand position gripping the stick firmly. Your head should be up, looking for a teammate to pass to, or an incoming ball. You should be able to run in this basic body position. |
